Indeed Featured review

The most helpful review chosen by Indeed. Great place to work if you want flexibility, but it was difficult to style at times due to inventory. Just isn’t worth it. Don’t have high expectations because you will be caught by one unpleasant surprise after another with this place. This is a tech company that has tech issues on a daily basis, preventing stylists from working their scheduled hours.
Too many redundant meetings, poor inventory to choose from, and it’s clear that the big bosses don’t care about the little people. Quality of life has already deteriorated. New policies were supposed to come out on 8/15, but we received a message that day saying they weren’t ready. I’m torn between resigning right now or waiting until I find another position. My lead is nice, 40% discount, but I won’t be able to take it.
Avoid at all costs. Inventory was atrocious, and stylists’ pleas about what our customers actually want fell on deaf ears. No flexibility, no transparency, gaslighting, toxic positivity, isolation from peers. 2 Senior Stylist (Current Employee) – Remote (Former Employee) – August 4, 2021.
