4. The Gallup interview
The next step is a phone interview with The Gallup Organization, which takes place over the phone with a trained analyst who will ask strengths-related questions. This is another chance for us to get to know you! Your strengths feedback will be shared with the hiring manager and recruiter within a few days.
5. Final stage interviews
Your recruiter and hiring manager will decide the next steps after the Gallup interview, and you should also decide whether this role is the right career move for you; if not, you will have a series of virtual or on-site interviews with the appropriate team members.
6. Selection
Your recruiter will follow up with you to discuss your feedback and decision; we aim to make decisions within a week of interviews, but it may take longer depending on the number of candidates who interview.
